Shareholders
Andean has a strong mix of institutional and retail investors. As at June 30th, 2008, the Company had approx 1500 shareholders of which the following groups, as notified to the Company, were classified as Substantial Shareholders under the Australian Corporations Law (shareholders holding >5% of the issued capital) :-
- The Sentient Group – 19.2%
- Colonial First State – 9.7%
- Geologic Resource Partners – 5.3%
